Summary: From check in to after check out, the staff was amazing. This was my first trip to Canada and they made it easy and amazing. I traveled solo and this was relaxing and rejuvenating and mostly because of the great staff, excellent food and beverages, and this beautiful hotel. It’s also in a great area. I had access to several restaurants and shops as well as sights and attractions and all in walking distance.

Summary: This was probably the most pleasant hotel stay I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I’ve stayed at very nice hotels around the world, but the William Gray was exceptional. Mostly, because of the staff. Every single person we encountered was kind, polite, competent, and friendly. I could not recommend this hotel more.

Summary: Arguably the best combination of quality and location in Old Montreal, and possibly the entire city. A beautiful hotel.

Summary: Great location. Friendly staff. Hotel is under renovation and many of the amenities appeared closed. Rooms that face the spa / pool are able to hear the music quite late into the night.
